Citrus and Ginger Punch Mocktail

This non-alcoholic punch is great for a crowd. Featuring citrus of the season and a subtle spice from ginger simple syrup this recipe is sure to have people coming back for more.

Ingredients

  • 1L orange juice, chilled
  • 1/4 ginger syrup
  • Seeds from 1 large pomegranate
  • 2 oranges, sliced
  • 2 clementines, sliced
  • Rosemary skewered candied clementine slices
  • Club soda

Directions

  1. Make the ginger syrup by combining 2 1-inch slices ginger, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/3 cup water in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. When the sugar has dissolved, remove from heat. Let cool and strain to remove ginger. The syrup can be kept for up to two weeks refrigerated.
  4. Place orange juice and ginger syrup in a punch bowl. Stir to combine.
  5. Add pomegranate seeds, orange slices, clementine slices.
  6. Top with club soda just before serving.
  7. Garnish coupe glasses with candied clementine slices.
