    Ingredients

    1/2 oz gin

    1/2 oz Tidal Bay wine

    1/2 oz Aperol

    2 dashes bitters

    Lemon zest for garnish

    Directions

    1. Add all ingredients to an ice-filled shaker glass or cocktail glass.

    2. Stir vigorously until well-chilled and then strain into ice-filled rocks glass.

    3. Garnish with grapefruit zest.
