    The Sea Spray Cocktail is a refreshing beverage that features vodka, grapefruit juice, freshly squeeze lime juice and alcohol free ginger beer. Served best with a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg, and garnished with grapefruit wheel.

    1 oz vodka

    1/2 oz Aperol

    2 1/2 oz grapefruit juice

    1/2 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed

    2 oz alcohol-free ginger beer

    Soda water

    Pinch nutmeg, freshly grated

    Grapefruit wheel, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Add vodka, Aperol, grapefruit juice, lime juice and ginger beer to an ice-filled highball glass or Mason jar.

    2. Top with soda water.

    3. Finish with a pinch of grated nutmeg and a wheel of grapefruit.
