    The Cucumber Eyes features vodka, coconut water, lime and agave nectar. Best served with Cucumber and fresh mint spring for garnish.

    Ingredients Directions

    Ingredients

    1 oz vodka

    1/2 oz lime

    2 tsp agave nectar*

    2 oz coconut water

    Cucumber and fresh mint spring, for garnish (optional)

    *Agave nectar is available at most grocery stores.

    Directions

    1. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin or mason jar.

    2. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10 seconds, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

    3. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and fresh mint.
