Directions
1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with 1 to 2 inches of water. Bring to a rolling boil. Turn off the heat, cover and let sit for 12 minutes.
2. Drain and run under cold water. Peel the eggs then slice into half lengthwise.
3. Remove the yolks and place in a small food processor or an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment.
4. Beat the yolks with the cream cheese, mayonnaise and dill until smooth.
5. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spoon or pipe the mixture into the whites.
6. Top with pieces of smoked salmon, a sprig of dill and a slice of lemon.
