Directions
1. Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat until it reaches 350°F.
2. In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower and onion until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the spices.
3. Add the chickpea flour, all-purpose flour, egg and enough water for the dough to just stick together.
4. Form the fritters into balls and gently lower into the hot oil. Cook until golden brown.
5. Remove to a paper towel lined rack and continue working in batches until all the fritters are fried.
6. Mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, honey and herbs to make a dipping sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
