    The Everything Nice Mocktail features Seedlip spice 94, simple cranberry syrup and a dash of bitters. Best served with orange peel for garnish.

    1 ½ oz Seedlip Spice 94*

    1 ½ oz cranberry simple syrup

    Dash of bitters

    Orange peel, for garnish

    *Seedlip Spice 94 is an alcohol-free distilled spirit available at Pete’s, The Independent Mercantile (Halifax), and certain grocery stores.

    Directions

    1. Place Seedlip, cranberry simple syrup and bitters in an ice-filled cocktail glass.

    2. Stir for 15 seconds or until reached desired dilution.

    3. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.

    4. Express orange peel over cocktail and add as garnish.
