    The Negroni Sbagliato features sweet vermouth, sparkling wine and Italian Bitters. Best served with mint leaf for garnish.

    Ingredients

    1 fl oz Campari Italian Bitters
    1 fl oz sweet vermouth
    3 to 4 fl oz sparkling wine
    Basil leaf

    Directions

    1. In a mixing glass, pour the Campari and the sweet vermouth.

    2. Add ice and stir to chill.

    3. Strain into a coupe glass or a flute, top with bubbly.

    4. Slap a basil leaf and float on top.
