Directions
1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
2. In a small bowl mix together butter, shallot, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, cilantro and basil.
3. Season to taste and set aside.
4. Cut the lobsters in half lengthwise and remove any of the green tamale.
5. Crack the claws slightly with the butt off a knife.
6. Drizzle the flesh sides of the lobster with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
7. Grill lobsters flesh side down for 5 minutes, flip over and cook for another 2 minutes.
8. Smother with the herby butter and cook for 1 minute, then remove from the grill and serve.
