    The Northern Negroni features gin, sweet vermouth and campari, along with maple syrup. Best served with an orange peel and spring thyme, for garnish.

    Ingredients

    1/2 oz gin

    1/2 oz sweet vermouth

    1/2 oz Campari

    1/2 oz maple syrup

    Orange peel and Sprig thyme, for garnish

     

    Directions

    1. Place gin, vermouth, Campari and maple syrup in an ice-filled mixing glass and stir until chilled.

    2. Strain into ice-filled old-fashioned glass.

    3. Express orange peel over glass and garnish with remaining peel and sprig of thyme.
