A quick and easy way to dazzle your guests.

Ingredients

1/2 cup whipping cream

2 tbsp confectioner’s sugar

1 9”x 9” pan of store bought brownies

2 oz Kahlua Coffee Liqueur

1 pint raspberries or blackberries

Directions

1. Combine the whipping cream and sugar; whip until thick and creamy.

2. Using a skewer, pierce the brownies. Make holes approximately one inch apart.

3. Pour the Kahlua over the brownies and let the cake absorb the liqueur.

4. Cut the brownies into six evenly sized pieces.

5. Top each brownie with an equal amount of whipped cream and a few raspberries.
