    1 oz grapefruit juice

    3/4 fl oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

    4 fl oz sparkling wine, chilled

    Pomegranate seeds for garnish

    Sprig rosemary for garnish

    Directions

    1.Place the grapefruit juice and St. Germain in a flute.

    2. Top with your favourite sparkling wine.

    3. Garnish with a few pomegranate seeds and a sprig of rosemary.
