Directions
1. Add bourbon, bitters and stout syrup
to a rocks glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20-25 seconds
or until diluted.
3. Garnish with orange peel.
* Set a pot over medium-low heat. Add a 473ml can
of Stout beer. Reduce beer
until it is two-thirds of its original volume. Add a cup
of sugar and continue to heat. Stir until the sugar
is completely dissolved. Remove from heat. Keep
refrigerated until ready to use.
